They train, serve as a resource and provide guidance to Computer Engineer 1, 2, and 3 employees on complex problems, processes, and policies. They assist management with developing their technical skills. They offer input into hiring decisions and staff performance assessments but do not directly supervise. Their interactions are with fellow team members, coordinating team members, assigned student, faculty, and/or staff clients. They work with and may manage external vendors and service providers.
