THE JOB:

As a Massage Therapist, you have the chance to deliver exceptional service while also maximizing your earning potential with a commission rate of 32% plus additional service charges. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:32% Commission + 18% service charge ($65 per 50 minute massage on average)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Continuously staying updated with the latest information and techniques in massage modalities (such as Swedish and Deep Tissue) and related body services.

• Perform tasks such as offering and promoting treatments, enhancements, and upgrades to guest.

• Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality massage services and takes satisfaction in helping guests feel their best.

• Pays close attention to the specific needs and preferences of each guest to provide a personalized and effective massage experience.

• Has a genuine desire to assist guests in achieving relaxation and well-being, creating a positive and memorable experience.

• Holds the necessary certifications and licenses in massage therapy, ensuring they meet professional standards and regulations.

• Stays informed about the latest developments and techniques in massage therapy and is committed to ongoing professional development.
