Join Molnlycke as a Marketing Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success within the Advanced Wound Care (AWC) segment.

This highly analytical and strategic position is designed to optimize the Marketing team's performance by streamlining workflows, enhancing capabilities, and ensuring effective communication. You'll bring operational rigor through robust planning and governance, enabling seamless execution of marketing strategies and delivering measurable impact. Key Accountabilities



  • Marketing Process Optimization:

    • Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and roll-out new tools/technologies.
    • Develop, implement and monitor best-in-class budgeting and forecasting processes to enable data-driven decision making.
    • Support design of governance models and build reporting templates to enhance marketing efficiency and performance.


  • Market analytics: Maintain & improve ability to understand our market landscape & shares. Simplify and streamline data access & reporting. Regular reporting on Market Share positions.
  • Marketing Technology Implementation: Identify opportunities to incorporate technology into marketing operations and develop supporting processes for implementation. Coordinate with organizational stakeholders
  • Targeting, Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop Marketing team targeting tools and monitor/enhance lead generation & nurturing. Ensure consistent usage of salesforce.com andMarketing Cloud to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Business reporting: Identify strategic ROI activities, measure successes, and support/refine ongoing reporting.
  • Marketing Performance Metrics: Develop and manage reporting to generate marketing performance insights and identify strategies for enhancing performance. Incorporate profitability lens into marketing team strategies & operations

Qualifications & Experience



  • Bachelor degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of healthcare experience, including in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, forecasting techniques, and profit and loss (P&L) analysis, with at least 2 years in a market-facing role (detailed analyses, preferably using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, conducting competitor analysis and market analysis.)
  • Candidates should have experience in the sales / marketing in the healthcare industry, preferably medical devices
  • Requires 25-30% travel
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job
  • The position may be local to the Atlanta area or remote. If remote, the employee must be able to travel to the Atlanta office at least once monthly and more if required for special projects or circumstances.
