Position(s) I am Applying for
IP Paralegal Steptoe LLP is seeking am IP Paralegal to support litigation lawyers and assist in the management of complex litigation cases.
Paralegals have two or more years of related experience and provide an advanced level of substantive legal support to the Intellectual Property practice group.
They organize, manage and update case files; coordinate filings with courts and the USPTO; attend client meetings, depositions and trials, and assemble arrange and assist in the review of documents for discovery production, depositions and trials.
They support IP lawyers and assist in the management of complex litigation cases. They assume responsibilities related to case preparation, document management and organization, legal and factual research, documentation, and trial support.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000 - $91,000. The actual base salary offered will be dependent upon the applicant's experience and qualifications, as well as other job-related factors, including but not limited to, relevant skills, education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, geographic location.
