Responsibilities:


  • Ensure, enact, and validate project execution in accordance with Department of Navy requirements and within time constraints.
  • Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified and mitigated.
  • Plan and direct tasks, as well as conduct on-site supervision of subordinates.
  • Prepare project schedules, including resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis, monitoring progress of task and preparing progress reports.
  • Review products before they are delivered.
  • Communicate with all levels of management both orally and in writing.
  • Partner with government project managers to ensure all key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified mitigated.
  • Validate and verify that work products and services of subordinates meet with expectations and requirements.



Requirements:


  • Department of Defense SECRET Security Clearance
  • US Citizenship
  • 10+ years of relative and progressive experience, with five (5) years of that experience shall be related to an information assurance experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or an equivalent STEM related degree from an accredited college or university,


Or, a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is acceptable in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
