Senior Client Experience Consultant, P&C

What You'll Do



  • Act as the primary proxy for producer(s) in client, internal team(s), and external vendor partner interactions
  • Actively participate in client lunch/dinners, events, and activities to foster and maintain relationships
  • Join producer(s) in prospect meetings and complete associated tasks including but not limited coordination of internal resources, and creation of deliverables
  • Identify and engage appropriate internal and external resources
  • Identify and rectify errors in presentation drafts, guiding correction
  • Take thorough meeting notes, prepare meeting summaries, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Responsible for implementation and execution of client onboarding, both new and current
  • Help create Service Plans, Stewardship, Trend Reports, and Business Strategy plans/deliverables for upcoming renewal
  • Organize/lead Mid-Year Huddles to identify strategies and resources for upcoming renewal
  • Attend Claim and Risk Control meetings to identify and track milestones/follow-ups for completion
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive client renewal list
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with market contacts
  • Represent clients in addressing complaints, disputes, or grievances internally and with carrier/vendor partners
  • Fulfill project management duties as required, ensuring successful project completion
  • Ensure client is receiving top-tier service and support tailored to their needs


You Should Have



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the P&C brokerage industry for 5+ years required
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Strong understanding of the new business and renewal process to provide valuable assistance during marketing and placement
  • Understanding of claims and risk control processes
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing circumstances and environments, and effectively navigate ambiguity
  • Capability to create, maintain, and execute projects/tasks to meet identified deadline(s)
  • Capability to analyze data to extract insights and inform decision-making processes
  • Ability to generate creative solutions and implement innovative approaches to improve processes or address challenges
  • Dedication to advocating for the needs and interests of clients internally and externally, ensuring their voices are heard and concerns are addressed
  • Ability to speak and present professionally in group settings, both virtually and in-person
  • Strong technological skills w/ Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom & Salesforce
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Salary Range
$90,000 $105,000 USD
