Overview Our growth and demand generation team sits in the driver's seat at Learning A-Z. This team holds the keys to our customer-centric campaign strategy, channel ownership, and tactical execution that deliver sustained and predictable revenue growth for the company in both direct e-commerce revenue and the creation of new B2B opportunities for our sales partners. The Director of Growth & Demand Generation leads a team of campaign and channel marketing managers and is accountable for revenue achievement and leading indicator KPIs that result in new business opportunities. This role, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, is a key partner to sales leadership and collaborates effectively with other marketing leaders to successfully achieve company growth targets. Job Responsibilities Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to drive B2C customer acquisition and B2B demand generation, generating sustainable revenue growth for Learning A-Z. This role requires excellent people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, a deep understanding of integrated omnichannel marketing campaign strategy, data analytics, and customer journey optimization.
