Job Description:

This position will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Creative Brand Manager to deliver engaging content and design for both external and internal audiences. They will be creative, dedicated, and possess stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and internal communications.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities




  • Highly creative and innovative, with demonstrable graphic design skills and strong portfolio
  • Excellent proficiency with understanding of design trends and creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (esp. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Microsoft Office especially Word & PPT, and video graphic software; HTML knowledge a plus
  • Possess a strong understanding of email marketing and email platforms, HubSpot preferred
  • Proven experience in brand identity design, website design, and user experience (UX) design
  • Models behaviors consistent with a high-performance culture-must be highly resourceful, self-motivated, accountable, and adaptive to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams

  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with ability to organize projects/due dates across multiple brand owners/internal clients
  • Highly resourceful team player with the ability to work independently

  • Maintain positive attitude when dealing with all team members and clients
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to write or rewrite social posts, corporate messaging, collateral, or other marketing materials

  • Design marketing collateral such as social posts, motion graphics, sell sheets, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Create compelling visual assets, including icons, infographics, motion graphics, emails, and other graphic elements that align with brand identity and enhance usability.
  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day tasks and operational requests, including text changes, file uploads, recurring updates, ad-hoc content requests, page builds, troubleshooting, and general web content publishing responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate ability to follow direction and collaborate on projects within a team environment.
  • Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously with aggressive turnaround deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of proofing and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and colleagues throughout the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest visual trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Contribute to marketing 'think tank' developing and creating innovative marketing messaging and materials.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design (Graphic/Web/Motion).
  • 1-3 years' graphic design working experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, especially print and digital/motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, motion); Microsoft Office, esp. Word & PPT; HubSpot (or similar software) for website/social/emails.
  • Proven critical thinking skills that demonstrate analysis/judgment and sound decision making with focus on attention to details.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with team.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes, approximately less than 10%.
  • This is a hybrid position
