Compensation Consultant

Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System becoming Emplify Health, a large and growing health system, is seeking a passionate and collaborative Compensation Consultant to join our dynamic team!

As a Compensation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our enterprise compensation strategies. You'll dive into intricate data sets, analyze market trends, and be a strategic partner to help our alignment efforts.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation including design of compensation structures and processes. Healthcare industry experience preferred

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What's Available:

• 1.0 FTE

• Location: remote eligible role for residents of WI, MN, and IA. However, must be willing to participate in regular on-site for meetings and events as needed in the La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI area.
