Responsibilities Work will be in support of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services. This work will be focused on supporting a Tier II Policy Help Desk, and is not a technical help desk. Success in this role comes from a combination of a passion for healthcare policy, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, data analysis, commitment to cross-functional teamwork, outstanding client ethic, and a desire to consistently improve in an organization that is dedicated to excellence. Each day may require the candidate to: Support development of frameworks, plans, policies, and protocols that unify and integrate delivery of health information.
This position will NOT be involved in drafting or influencing policy decisions made by the government. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
