Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High school graduation or equivalency.
• Experience: 9-12 months experience. Moderate previous experience required in the same or similar previous positions.
• Physical Demands: Work requires heavy physical exertion and effort.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Minimum valid Arizona Class "B" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) upon hire.
• Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and/or Tanker and HazMAT endorsement may be required within twelve (12) months of hire depending upon assignment.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Heavy equipment in the completion of assigned tasks such as excavating, trenching, street cleaning, and delivering refuse and recycling materials to the landfill.
• Various types of solid waste equipment, including front load, side load, rear load, and roll-off collection vehicles.

• An articulated tractor.
