Position Summary

As an Early Careers Recruiter, you will act as a talent pipeline builder, identifying and recruiting junior level talent across all IPG Mediabrands agencies. This role requires you to focus on effective candidate delivery, while ensuring best in class candidate experience. The US Talent organization is a fast-paced, highly motivated team of professionals focused on delivering strategic talent pipelines and enriched candidate experiences, delivering exceptional talent to the business, and ensuring our mission of being the most dynamic marketing communications company in the world is a reality.

Responsibilities

* Lead the full life cycle recruitment process for associate and senior associate level hires, both internally and externally
* Work collaboratively with talent leads and hiring managers to understand business objectives and to devise innovative and custom recruitment strategies
* Confirm all staffing requests are properly approved, posted, and closed
* Ensure accuracy, relevance, and FSLA compliance for all job descriptions
* Participate in diversity, equity, & inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand our diverse talent pipeline and further diversify our employee population including delivering diverse candidate slates
* Maintain ATS data accurately and in real time to ensure proper reporting and compliance
* Advise hiring managers to ensure appropriate delivery of the recruitment process (feedback, interview training, job specs, etc.)

Skills & Experience

* Two years' recruiting experience, ideally in a media or staffing agency
* Curious and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, expert in engaging highly qualified potential candidates, inactive as well as active
* Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task and produce high volume pipelines under tight deadlines
* Best practice recruitment expertise with solid knowledge of the latest talent acquisition tools, legal regulations, and market trends
* Proven sourcing expertise including knowledge and experience with recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and social media networking
* Ability to create and provide a "best in class" candidate experience
* Knowledge of media agency competitors and the media/advertising/digital marketing space is preferred

The salary range for this position is posted below.
