Molding Production Set Up Operator Shift: 2nd, (2pm-10pm) Pay: $23-$28/hr. (Based on Experience) Qualifications: 4+ years of experience setting up, troubleshooting and operating compression and/or injection molding presses Certification or a relevant technical degree in molding is preferred but molding experience is most important. Highly responsible with experience in overseeing production with no immediate supervision. Job Duties: Set up molding presses for production, including CNC injection presses Set up cycle time for molding Remove and install molds into various presses Regulate proper temperatures and set cycle time for molding and curing Diagnose troubles and make compensating adjustments Interact with and support molding operator assistant Meet strict quality standards and product specifications Diligently follow a production schedule while responding effectively to schedule changes
