• Design, develop, and enhance control systems, including PLCs and automated machinery, focusing on reliability and efficiency.
• Oversee substantial engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budgetary and timeline requirements.
• Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to tailor control solutions that optimize production uptime and expedite throughput.
• Investigate process inefficiencies and provide technically sound solutions based on root cause analysis and innovative engineering practices.
• Actively engage in leading maintenance teams, ensuring all safety protocols and operational standards are upheld during modifications and repairs.
• Document methodologies and solutions comprehensively to support knowledge transfer and provide technical assistance across the organization.

• Strong ability to interpret complex engineering documents, including safety regulations, operational manuals, and diagrams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert in integrating diverse automated systems, particularly with hands-on experience in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities, demonstrating a logical thought process to quickly solve intricate engineering challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess solid mechanical aptitude to diagnose and rectify technical issues.
• Passionate about mentorship and team development, with a readiness to impart knowledge related to automation and control processes.

• Bachelor's Degreein Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field; prefer Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineer or Automation focus
• 5+ year Engineering experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, NESC, and a solid proficiency in Ladder Logic programming is highly preferred.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $86,800- $130,200. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
