Job Description
  • Record, compile and analyze financial information to ensure contract compliance
  • Oversee the design, generation and analysis of obligations, invoices, unilateral amendments, and payment reports
  • Evaluate internal financial reports and provide the Operations Manager and/or Project Director all required monitoring documents on time
  • Review operational procedures and processes for continuous quality improvement
  • Develop process review checklists for quality control and contract compliance
  • Identify policy requirements and ensure implementation and compliance to those requirements
  • Implement a continuous quality improvement process through the continuing review of operations and administrative systems consistent with certification standards and Quality Measurement Tool (QMT) initiatives
  • Database management (e.g., Laserfiche or other document management systems, state database systems, etc.) - file management, deletions, moves, record integrity, staff support
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred, from an accredited college or university or (two years' experience may be subsidized for each year of college)
  • Three years of experience working in multiple database systems preferably managing financial data
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Understand trends and trend analysis
  • Proficient with databases: Access, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • State database systems a plus
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and proof of current automobile insurance required
  • Moderate travel required
Additional Information

This position pays $ 50,000.00 annually.
